The Township Board of Supervisors is charged by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with, among other things, the general governance of the Township and the execution of legislative, executive, and administrative powers in order to ensure sound fiscal management and to secure the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the Township.

Mr. Quinn is presently serving as Chair of the Township Board of Supervisors. He has served as an elected official for more than nine years, including serving as Treasurer for the Board of Supervisors. He is a past member of the Bucks County Association of Township Supervisors, serving as First Vice-President on the Executive Board. He is past Chair on the Warminster Township Parks and Recreation Board, was a member of the 2002 Park Study Group, member of the 2003 Park Grand Opening Committee, an Officer of the Warminster Skate Club, Co-Founder of Warminster Skate Spot at Warminster's Munro Park, a Warminster Rotary Board Member, and is a member of the Warminster Chamber of Commerce.
Presently, Mr. Quinn is a sales and marketing professional with more than thirty-two years business experience, and serves as Distribution Market Manager for TE Connectivity, a Fortune 100 Company. Mr. Quinn is responsible for managing twenty-seven million dollars in sales, and his experience includes more than ten years experience as Global Account Manager for a large-sized telecommunications company where he managed a global sales force of 27 people and approximately one hundred million dollars in sales. Mr. Quinn's accomplishments include growing revenue by nearly one hundred million dollars and attaining the number two profitability position in the Communications Division, growing the cable assembly business to twenty-five million dollars from zero and spearheading Tyco Electronics RF Coax cable assembly business in China for all global Telecom accounts.
Mr. Quinn is a graduate of Archbishop Wood High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1979 from Bloomsburg University. Mr. Quinn resides in Warminster Township with his wife Claudia. He is the father of three children, a grandfather, and a friend and stepfather to his wife Claudia's four children and their spouses.
Mr. Panzer is presently serving as Vice-Chair of the Board of Supervisors. During his first six-year term in Office on the Board of Supervisors (1998 -2004), Mr. Panzer served as Chair in 2003. He has served as Solicitor for the Zoning Hearing Board; served on the Warminster Five Ponds Golf Committee, (Secretary, 1996 and Vice-Chair, 1997); Warminster Township Cable Advisory Board, 1995; Warminster Municipal Authority Board of Directors, from 2004 – 2008, board member of the Federal Land Reuse Authority from 2005 – 2007, and; on the Horsham Lands Reuse Authority (HLRA), Bucks County Housing Subcommittee, (2007 – present). Tom is also an Executive Board Member of the Bucks County Association of Township Officials and a member of the Bucks County Development Advisory Board.
Mr. Panzer is the Managing Partner in the Doylestown law firm of McNamara, Bolla, & Panzer and has nearly 20 years of experience practicing law in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Tom is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Tom has a primary practice area of Workers' Compensation, with additional representation in matters of Unemployment Compensation and Zoning. He is a frequent lecturer on Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation topics.
He received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in 1987 and his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1993. Tom resides in Warminster with his wife and their children.

Mr. Feinberg is presently serving as Treasurer of the Board of Supervisors, and has served as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for more than two years, Vice Chairman for over a year, and has served as Board Secretary for a year.
After High School, Frank worked for the U.S. Navy as an Electrician, then Aircraft Engine Mechanic, while attending Drexel University for Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Feinberg graduated with a B.S. from Drexel and performed MBA course work at Rider University. Following graduation, he worked for the U.S. Navy as an Aerospace and Project Engineer for 10 years.
Taking his aviation experience to the private sector, he designed, developed and directed the building of the Global Aviation Lubricant business of Mobil Oil Corp. and functioned as its Global Manager responsible for worldwide marketing, sales and technical service until early retirement at the end of 2000. Today, he is semi-retired and running his own small consulting business, where he assists small and large businesses develop and implement both business and technical plans.
Frank has been married for 49 years and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. He has lived in Warminster with his wife Margherita since 1972. Mr. Feinberg is involved in local community based organizations such as Rotary.

Mr. McKee is presently serving as Assistant Treasurer of the Board of Supervisors. Prior to his election to the Board of Supervisors in January 2012, he served as Citizen Advisor to Parks and Recreation Board (2009 -2011), and the Ad hoc Tri Centennial Committee that was created in 2010 to celebrate the 300th Anniversary of the Township. Mark worked tirelessly to raise the funds necessary to support the Warminster Community Park Safety Town Committee Rotary project, a kid's park to teach the kids the rules of the road. He is committed to the Board's goal of working to help residents address storm water and other quality of life concerns, and promoting a business friendly municipal government.
Mark, who has 30 years of experience in the construction and interior finish industry, resides in Warminster with his wife of 20 years, Erica, and their son Jack.
Mr. McPhillips is presently serving as Secretary of the Board of Supervisors. He has worked with the Warminster Police Department on the Bucks County Prescription Drug Take- Back Program, and as an advocate for seniors, he works with the management team at the Ben Wilson Senior Center on various projects. Dan also represents Warminster Township as a member of the Bucks County Community Development Board.
Before his appointment to the Board of Supervisors, Dan was an active member in our community having served on the Warminster Township Zoning Hearing Board, Planning Commission, Finance and Budget Advisory Board, and as past Chair of the Environmental Advisory Council.
Mr. McPhillips, a life-long resident of Warminster Township, is a product of the Centennial School District and a graduate of Archbishop Wood High School. He received an Assoicate's Degree in Behavioral Science from Bucks County Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from LaSalle University.
