Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis. We reserve the right to cancel any trip, program or activity due to insufficient registration. If a class does not have sufficient registration one week (trips-one month) prior to the beginning of the program, it will be cancelled. Don't wait until the last minute to register!

PROGRAM PAYMENT: Due in full at time of registration.
TRIP PAYMENT: 50% due at time of registration. Final Payment due 30 days before trip.
WALK-IN: If you register in person, you may pay by MAC, Visa, MasterCard, check, money order or cash.
MAIL-IN: Fill out the registration form in the back of the directory. Mail-in registrations are processed at random on the day received. Membership and registration fees may be included on the same check.
ON THE WEB: At this time we are unable to accept on-line registration. You may, however, reach the department with your questions, or review the directory on-line at www.warminstertownship.org.
Individuals whose checks are returned to us when they do not clear the bank will be charged an additional fee of $25 cash.
Your cancelled check is your receipt. If you pay by phone with Visa or MasterCard, you will receive your receipt in the mail. If you are paying by mail and you would like a receipt, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your registration.
Full refunds will be given if the Department cancels a program. Refunds for programs over $30.00 will be given to participants who withdraw at least 2 weeks prior to a class/trip, but they will be charged a $10.00 administrative fee. Within two weeks, refunds for class/trip cancellations, minus $10.00, will be given if a replacement is found. Persons canceling last minute due to emergency, illness or personal schedule conflicts, or programs under $30.00 will be given program credits. Refund checks may take up to 4-6 weeks to process.
Some programs and classes will require that participants (or their parents) complete and sign a medical release and liability waiver.
To be considered a Warminster resident, you must own or rent residential property within the Warminster boundaries of Valley, Bristol, County Line and Davisville Roads. All others, including residents of Warwick, Ivyland, Stover Mill, Country Crossing and Hartsville with a Warminster zip code are not considered Warminster residents and will be charged Non-Resident fees, regardless of who signs up and pays for the program, trip or activity. Resident & non-resident seniors (60+) will receive a 5% discount (rounded-up to the nearest dollar) off the resident or non-resident rate registration fees on most programs sponsored by Parks and Recreation above $39.99. You must tell us at the time of registration that you are a senior. Discount does not include certain programs & trips, PRPS tickets, Special Events, or materials fees. Community organization programs are not included in the discount.
All Warminster residents can become members of the WREC. Yearly membership fees are as follows: Family-$30/year, Couple-$25/year & Individual-$20/year. Membership fee includes a $5 discount on department programs between $25-$50 and a $10 discount on department programs over $51 unless otherwise noted (excluding discount tickets and overnight trips).
