Playground & Teen Camp Registration
Warminster Resident In-Person Registration Only - Sat, May 17th from 10 AM-NOON!
Resident & Non-Resident In-Person Registration - Mon, May 19th from 9 AM-12 PM and 5-8 PM
All PG/TC registration must be done in person at the WREC.
After May 19, registration will continue during regular office hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, until program is filled. If trips are not a priority, skip the chaos on Saturday morning and come during the week!Parents will only be allowed to register children in their household! Parents will be required to sign medical and disciplinary waivers. Payment plan is available – post-dated checks must be left w/ Parks & Recreation at time of registration.
AFTER CAMP HOURS AVAILABLE AT THE WREC – NEW!
Need a few extra hours of camp for your child? We are now offering After Camp Hours at the WREC only. Parents will be able to have their kids stay a little longer at camp to meet family scheduling needs.
Time: 3:30-5:30 PM
Location: WREC Only (WREC must be your child’s home site)
Fees: $40/week
Four (4) week session: $120/child
Seven (7) week session: $200/child
Four & Seven week payment must be made at time of registration. Weekly payment must be made the Friday prior to the week you wish to attend. No Refunds. Must have 10 child minimum for program to be held.
Playgrounds and Teen Camp
PLAYGROUNDS (PG) & TEEN CAMP (TC)
These neighborhood recreation programs are designed to be different from day-care and structured camps. The program emphasizes multiple activities designed for each age group throughout the day - games, sports, arts & crafts, trips and special events. Flexible scheduling allows youth and teens to choose their favorite activities. PROGRAM HELD RAIN OR SHINE! (Schedule subject to change without notice)
AGES: Playground - Children who have completed one year of kindergarten thru children who are entering fifth grade in September. Teen Camp - Youth entering sixth grade through entering ninth grade in September.

Times: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM – NEW!
Dates: Four (4) week sessions: A - June 23-July 18 (no camp 7/4 schools closed) OR B - July 14-August 8
Seven (7) week session: June 23-August 8
Locations: Leary, Longstreth, & McDonald Elementary Schools, and the WREC (No Teen Camp at Longstreth)
Resident Fees: Four (4) week session: $320/child --- Seven (7) week session: $435/child
Non-Resident Fees: Four (4) weeks: $430/child --- Seven (7) week session: $625/child
Weekly Bowling Option: Reduce the hassle of weekly bowling fees and get seven (7) weeks for the price of six -$30 (get one week free!) Must be paid at time of registration. No refunds.
Trips
Held each Wednesday and are available only to playground & teen camp participants. Trips are optional, and youngsters should register and pay for trips at the time of registration (Bowling is still payable weekly unless you choose the discount option). REGISTRATION FOR ALL TRIPS IS LIMITED to 55 campers per site! REMINDER – CAMP IS OPEN TO ALL ON WEDNESDAYS! WREC site will be open for all youth & teens not attending the trip, and children from other sites will be bused to WREC on the morning of each trip.

July 2 - PG - Roller Skating
Bring a lunch. This will be a morning trip
Fee: $5.00
July 2 - TC - Ultra Zone Laser Tag
Bring a lunch. Includes two games of laser tag and a limited # of tokens. Participants may bring additional token $.
Fee: $12.00
July 9 - PG & TC - Philadelphia Zoo
We will spend the day checking out the animals and seeing nature at its best. Bring a lunch. This is a full day trip.
Fee: $15.00
July 16 - PG - Sesame Place
Now includes lunch! Bring sunscreen & towel. Wear your bathing suit under your camp t-shirt! This is a full day trip and we will return around 4:45 PM.
Fee: $40.00
July 16 - TC - Wildwater Kingdom @ Dorney Park
Includes lunch. Bring sunscreen & towel. Wear your bathing suit under your camp t-shirt! This is a full day trip and we will return around 4:45 PM.

July 23 - PG – Story Book Theater
The Princess and the Pea. . . a magical musical fairy tale that will delight all children.
Fee: $9.00
July 23 - TC – Tubing on the Delaware
Bring lunch, towel, sunscreen & a change of clothes. This is an all day trip. Includes tube rental @ Bucks Co. River Country.
Fees: $15.00
July 30 - PG & TC – Nockamixon State Park
Bring a lunch, sunscreen, swimsuit & towel. This is an all day trip.
Fee: $7.00
Aug 6 - PG & TC – Neshaminy Shore
Includes lunch. Bring a towel, swimming suit, sunscreen & a change of clothing. Wear your bathing suit under your camp t-shirt! T-shirts not allowed in the pool – wear sunscreen! This is a full day trip.

EXTEND-O-SUMMER @ the WREC!
Date: Mon-Fri, Aug. 11-15
Fees: Resident: $120
Non-Resident: $155
Times: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM (no extended hours)
This program extends our Playground & Teen Camp programs by one week at the WREC since Centennial Schools close their facilities to us on August 8. Camp services will ONLY be available at the WREC. A limited number of campers will be admitted. Check off interest on form during regular camp registration. P&R reserves the right to cancel this program for insufficient registration. This program limited to children registered in our 4 or 7 week playground & teen camp programs and registration must be completed by August 1, 2008.
