Get in on the action as you learn the skills and techniques of Shotokan Karate. Basic kata to black belt, these classes will help you advance through belt levels. Regular testing is required for students to advance. Join our most popular and longest running martial arts class!

LUNGE into something different....Fencing is fun, safe, exciting, & a great form of exercise which sharpens your agility, balance, confidence, reflexes, & even your mind! This course is designed as an introduction to fencing. Fee includes use of required equipment; participants need to buy a $20 glove at the first class. ATTENDANCE AT FIRST CLASS IS MANDATORY!
