PRESS RELEASES

4/25/08 to 5/08/08

On 4/27/08 @ 2214 hrs, Samantha Stacy 18 years old of Southampton and 17 year old Juvenile were charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after Police were called to investigate a suspicious vehicle.

On 4/27/08 @ 2154 hrs, Pamela Knapp 30 years old of Hatboro was arrested for DUI in the area of Street Road and Jacksonville road after Police stopped her for a traffic violation.

Michael Orzechowski 29 years old of Warminster was cited for Public Drunkeness in the area of the 300 block of York Road.

On 5/2/05 Barb Schanbacher 52 years old of Holland Pa was cited for retail theft after Police were called to Kohl’s Department Store.  Value was said to be $53.96.

On 5/3/08 @ 0207 hrs, Michael Primavera 21 years old of Bensalem was cited for disorderly conduct

Xavier Gutierrez 22 years old of Philadelphia was arrested for Aggravated Assault, carrying a firearm without a License, Simple Assault, Terroristic threats, Recklessly endangering another person.  After Police responded to Jefferson on the Creek Apartments for a report that Gutierrez threatened multiple subjects with a handgun.

0230 hrs through 0315 hrs on 5/4/08, Dustin Mahaffey 20 years old of Warminster was arrested and charged with two separate burglaries in Warminster Heights and possession of a controlled substance, after Police responded for a burglary in progress.  Arraigned at D.J. Wagner and sent to Bucks County Prison on 10% of $100,000.

05/05/2008 at 2204 hrs, Todd Stragis 43 years old of Warrington Pa, was cited for Public Drunkeness in the area of the 1500 block of W. Street Road.

5/6/08 @ 2329 hrs, Jordan Kaplan 65 years old of Lansdale was arrested for DUI in the area of Street and York Roads, after Police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation.   

PRESS RELEASES FOR 4/05/08 to 4/24/08

Maria Resinski 40 years old of Warrington cited for Public Drunkeness 4/6/08 @ 0243 hrs.

Danyelle Kanavel 24 years old of Sellersville was arrested for Prescription Fraud on 4/7/08 @ 2330. Arraigned at D.J. Finello and sent to BCP on 10% of $20,000.

On 4/8/2008 @ 1425 Hrs, Melanie Patricelli 32 years old of Holland Pa, was cited for a Retail Theft from Kohls Department Store.

4/8/2008 @ 2029 Hrs, Gwen Cameron 18 years old of Glenside Pa, Jill Lockoff 18 years old of Glenside Pa, and Erin Posey 19 years old of Glenside were all cited for Retail Theft from Kohls Department Store.

Juvenile was arrested for drug possession at Tennent High School on 4/9/2008 @ 0814 hrs.

4/11/2008 @ 2201 hrs, Karen Strough 54 years old of Bristol was arrested for DUI after being stopped for traffic violations in the area of Street Road and Worthington Drive.

4/16/08 @ 1835 hrs, Juvenile was arrested at St. Francis home For Boys on York Road after Police responded for a disorderly out of control subject. Citation was issued and subject was later released.

4/20/2008 @ 0322 hrs, Anthony Regina 25 years old of Horsham, was cited for Public Drunkeness after police responded to the 1500 block of W. Countyline Road for an unwanted subject.

4/23/08 @ 1330 Hrs, 2 Juveniles were cited for disorderly Conduct after Police responded to William Tennent High School for a fight. No injuries reported.

 

PRESS RELEASES FOR 3/24/08 to 4/04/08

3/24/08 @ 1236 Hrs, Patricia Buchanan 35 years old of Horsham was arrested for Prescription Drug Fraud.  The fraudulent prescriptions appear to have been passed over the last several months.  Buchanan was arrested on scene at Walgreens after police were called and she was arraigned at D.J. McEwen and sent to Bucks County Prison on 10% of $25,000.

3/24/08 @ 1345 hrs, Patrick Gilligan 44 years old of Warminster, was charged with 4 counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and taken before DJ McEwen and held on $25,000 10% bail.  Police originally responded for a check the well being of Gilligan who was found sitting on the curb at the corner of Ninth Ave and Brown Street. 

3/27/2008 @ 0215 hrs, Robert Bongarzone 31 years old of Plymouth meeting was arrested for Criminal trespass, Loitering and Prowling at night and Public Drunkenness after he allegedly was found inside the kitchen of a home on Cypress Rd by the home owner.  As Police responded to the location they found the suspect matching the description walking in the area at which point he was taken into custody.  

3/27/2008 @ 0121 hrs, Thomas Batson 49 years old of Warminster, was arrested for DUI after he was stopped by Police for a traffic violation. 

3/27/2008 @ 1748 hrs, James Hopkins 45 years old of Warminster was cited for Disorderly Conduct after Police investigated a traffic dispute between him and another motorist in the area Street Road and York Road.    

3/28/2008 @ 0608 Hrs Dwayna Kelly 21 years old of Philadelphia was arrested for theft of $109.00 worth of DVDs from Walmart where she was employed at the time.

On 3/28/2008 at 1738 hrs, Jamie Selby 22 years old of Warrington and Heather Cramer 21 years old of Warminster, were arrested for retail theft valued at approximately $372.00 worth of merchandise from Kohls Department Store.  Arraigned at Judge Vislosky where they were released on $10,000 ROR. 

3/28/2008 @ 2218 hrs Alyson Dedeian 19 years old of Chalfont was arrested for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia after the vehicle she was a passenger in was stopped by Police for a traffic violation.  The operator was cited for a moving violation.

3/30/2008 @ 2343 hrs, Michael Gallagher 30 years old of Warminster was arrested for DUI after police were investigating a Traffic Accident where Gallagher was said to have struck a parked pickup truck in the area of Nemoral Street. 

3/31/2008 @ 1249 Hrs, Fredrick Danhardt 22 years old of Levitown and Robert Mcnamara 37 Years old of Philadelphia were arrested for theft of assorted items that were in the gated yard of PECO Energy in Warminster.  The suspect’s faded blue Dodge Ram 2500 Van was stopped by Police while traveling east on Street Road and was found to contain PECO property.  Both subjects were arraigned at Judge Visloski and sent to BCP in lieu of 10% of $75,000.

3/31/2008 @ 1031 hrs, Mary Lutzker 53 Years old of Ivyland, was arrested for DUI after being stopped for a traffic violation in the area of Jacksonville Road and Johnsville Blvd.

3/31/2008 @ 1712, John Arminio 34 years old of Warminster was arrested for DUI after Police responded to the area of Warminster Square for a possible intoxicated driver. 

Matthew Zoog 20 Years old of Willow Grove Pa and Malachi Messimer 18 years old of Willow grove were arrested on 4/1/2008 at approximately 0209 Hrs after police responded to the area of 675 E. Street Road, Jefferson on the Creek complex, for theft from vehicles in progress.  Upon arriving at the complex and receiving information the suspect vehicle (blue Pontiac 4 door) was located and identified, and the two suspects inside the vehicle were apprehended.  Both were processed and released pending court dates.

4/2/2008 @ 0258 hrs, Mario Montes 23 years old of Warminster was cited for Public Drunkeness after Police responded to the area for a disturbance and found him intoxicated in front of apartments at Madison Court.  

4/3/2008 @ 2131 hrs, Brielle Schaffer 19 years old of Warminster was cited for retail theft from the Kohls department store after Police were called to investigate.               

 

PRESS RELEASES FOR 2/15/08 to 2/21/08

- At approximately 1400 hours on 2/20/08,  Police were dispatched to the parking lot of Bucks Landing Apartments, 120 E. Street Road for an armed robbery.  Upon arrival the victim, advised that he was outside of “L” building when a white male with blonde hair, blue eyes wearing a black hooded sweat shirt, black pants, black gloves, and a black & white bandana over his nose and mouth, armed with a black handgun, told him " Give me all your money."  The suspect then went into the victim's pockets and removed his wallet.  The suspect went through the victim’s wallet and no money was on the victim’s person.  The suspect then fled the area without taking any of the victim’s property, to the rear of “L” building.  Police K-9 started a track from the robbery location with negative results. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the Warminster Police Department at 215-443-5000.  The incident is currently under investigation.

- On 2/15/08 at 1625 hrs Police responded to Kohl’s department store for two in custody for retail theft. Police arrested Antonia Pagan 67 years old and Daisy Green 39 years old, both of Warminster. Value of recovered merchandise was said to be approximately $789 between both Pagan and Green.   Both ladies were arraigned at Judge Falcone’s and sent to BCP on 10% of $40,000.00 

-  On 2/17/08 at 0415 hrs on York Road in Warminster Andraea  Primodie  26 years old of Hatboro was arrested for DUI.  Processed and later released.

- On 2/19/08 at 1747 hrs, William Langdon, 19 years old of Warminster was arrested and processed for Retail Theft from Walmart, value of merchandise was reported to be $84.38.   

-  2/20/08 1518 hrs, Leigh Watkins 41 years old of Hatboro was taken into custody for Retail theft from Giant Food Stores, merchandise was valued at $149.94. Search incident to arrest found drug paraphernalia with Ms. Watkins.  Arraigned at Judge Falcone’s, sent to BCP on 10% of 70,000. 

- 2/21/08 at 0830 hrs, Mark Leedom 45 years old, Doylestown was arrested for Public Drunk after leaving the parking lot of the Discovery House in Warminster on foot. 

WANTED ARMED ROBBERY
The Warminster Township Police Department is investigating two armed robberies that occurred at the Bucks Landing Apartments on 2/20/08 and 2/22/08. In each incident the above pictured subject robbed the victims at gun point and fled on foot. K9 tracks led officers to the Warminster Heights section and to M building at Bucks Landing. The descriptions in both incidents were similar and it is believed to be the same subject. Anyone with information as to the identity of the above pictured subject is asked to call the Warminster Police Department at (215)443-5000 or via e-mail police@warminstertownship.org and may remain anonymous.

DESCRIPTION: W/M, 5'10-6'1, 170-175 lbs, early 20's, short blonde hair, wearing a black/darkbandana over his face, black hooded sweatshirt, long white t-shirt that hung down below the sweatshirt, gray baggy sweatpants and a black knit cap/skull cap.

 

PRESS RELEASES FOR 2/12/08 to 2/16/08

On Friday, February 15th at approximately 9:20 PM Buckingham Township Police responded to a domestic assault on Dark Hollow Road. As a result of that investigation Buckingham Police obtained a warrant for the arrest of Christopher Scott Argue of 556 Maple Ave., Warminster. Warminster and Buckingham police found Mr. Argue’s truck at the residence but he would not respond to their calls.

Because the assault was with a weapon the Central Bucks Special Response Team was dispatched for a barricaded subject. Police negotiators were unsuccessful in effecting the surrender of Mr. Argue. After several hours a SWAT team made entry to the residence and discovered Mr. Argue deceased inside the property.

The cause and manner of death will be determined by the Bucks County Coroner’s office. At this time members of the Warminster Police Department and the Bucks County District Attorney’s office are continuing the investigation.

 

PRESS RELEASES FOR 2/1/08 to 2/11/08

2/3/08, 16 year old Juvenile was arrested for possession of a small amount of Marijuana and Cocaine, Police were investigating a suspicious vehicle at the time.  The juvenile was a passenger in that vehicle. Incident occurred in the area of 675 E. Street Road.   

2/3/08 at approximately 2125 hours, Police arrested Marcus Newman 21 years old of Warminster, for drug possession. Incident Occurred in the area of 675 E. Street Road.

2/4/08 at approximately 1452 hrs, Shaun Delp 27 years old of Lansdale was arrested for DUI in the area of Countyline Road and Howard Road.

2/6/08 1426 hours, A Student at William Tennent High School was arrested for Possession of Drug paraphernalia. 

2/6/08 at approximately 2329 hours, John Alexander 30 years old of Holland Pa, was arrested and cited for Public Drunkeness in the area of the 400 block of County Line Road. 

2/10/08 at approximately 0420 hrs Police responded to the area of County Line Road and Willow Drive for a report of a 1 vehicle crash into a tree. Rescue Squads had to extricate the driver and she was eventually airlifted to Temple University Hospital for treatment of her injuries.  The driver’s current medical status is unknown at this time.  The accident investigation is still on going and no further information is being released at this time.
