All 2010 School Tax Bills were mailed directly to all homeowners on July 1, 2010.  If a bank or mortgage company escrows your tax money, please forward this bill to them immediately. School taxes paid after November 1, 2010 will be in the penalty period.  On March 1, 2010, all County and Township Real Estate Taxes were mailed to you, the homeowner.  If you did not receive your County and Township or School bill, please call my office.  Please note that all Real Estate Tax bills must be paid before December 30, 2010 to avoid a lien placed against your property.

Senior Citizens (minimum age 62) are eligible for a trash discount ($55.00) on the County and Township bill.  Please present your driver's license as proof of age and residency. All refund must be requested prior to December 30, 2010.  Condo residents do not pay their trash bills to the Township and are not eligible for the above discount.
