2008 Preferred Tee Times

Preferred tee times will start Easter Weekend and run through the end of October.
(Saturdays 3/22 thru 10/25; Sundays 3/23 thru 10/26)
Tee times will begin at 6:00 AM in 8 minute intervals until 10:00 AM, then will proceed in 10 minute interval for the remainder on the day.

Due to sunrise times, all times for the month of September will be pushed back 15 minutes, and all times for October will be pushed back 30-45 minutes. (This does not take into account frost delays which may delay your tee time even further).

The cost is $400.00 for the season.
This is a one time, Non-Refundable fee.
This fee is for the privilege of having a guaranteed tee time.

A group may sign-up in advance for one of the tee times and they will have that tee time held for them (weekly) with the above stipulations. We will start taking reservations for the current preferred tee time holders on November 15, 2007. Open reservations will start on December 15, 2007. These will be taken on a first come/first serve basis. All Payments must be received by January 31, 2008

NEW FOR 2008:
Our new Point of Sale/Tee sheet now tracks “no shows” for every tee time.
Once you group reaches 4 “no shows” you will be required to pay $240.00 ($60.00/player) to cover for this incurred loss of revenue.  Failure to pay this amount within 2 weeks will result in loss of your preferred time slot for the remainder of the year. Please understand that if you call by Friday to cancel any players out of your group for that weekend, this will not count as a no-show. All we are asking is for an update of your group’s status for the current weekend.

The tracking for no-show began the weekend of 7/21/2007 (Date of new POS installation).
The following info will give you an idea of how your group faired in 2007:

From 7/21/2007 to 10/28/2007 The ___________________________ had _________ no-shows.

Thank you for your support and we are looking forward to seeing you for the 2008 season.
