Welcome to Five Ponds Outing information section. We can accommodate groups of 20 to 144 players. For groups of 72 or more golfers we can arrange a SHOTGUN OUTING. Shotgun outings can be held on any weekday except Tuesday, with starting options of 8:00AM or 1:00PM. For groups of less than 72 players consider a TEE TIME OUTING. Tee Time Outings can be held any time on weekdays and after 11:00AM on weekends. Please feel free to contact us at any time for more information and help. Tee Time Outing Information (less than 72 players)
 

Groups must submit a written request to Gary Deetscreek, PGA Professional
Requests can be submitted in person, by fax, or web submission form.

Written request must include

  • Full name of group coordinator
  • Daytime and evening contact phone numbers
  • Date group would like to play
  • Total number of players and/or tee times requested
  • Requested start time of first group (Cannot be before 11:00am on weekends or holidays)

Fees All players will pay the daily golf fee plus an additional $5.00 per player outing administration charge when scheduling in advance of our normal seven-day policy. Included with the $5.00 fee is one sleeve of golf balls for each player in your group.

Payment Procedure

  • $5 per player fee must be paid in full with separate payment, by group coordinator, upon arrival on the day of the event.
  • Greens and cart fees can be paid individually or as a group.

Confirmation

  • Group Coordinator must contact Five Ponds Pro Shop sSeven days in advance of scheduled play date to confirm use of all tee times. All reserved tee times will be canceled if we do not receive confirmation phone call seven days in advance.
  
Tee Time Outing Request
 

Outing Coordinator will be contacted by phone after we recieve your Outing request. Credit card information will be secured over the phone to hold all tee times. The $5.00 per player Outing Administration Fee will be charged on the credit card provided for the actual number of players on the day of your outing. Golf and cart fees can be paid as a group or individually by each player on the day of your event.
