12 Event Schedule includes:
3 Championship Events:
* Club Championship (Match Play/Gross Event) *
* President’s Cup (Match Play/Net Event) *
* BB of Partners (Match Play/Net Event) *

Become a Member of the 5PGA and you will also be eligible to play in the Golf Association of Philadelphia events (Such as Philadelphia Amateur Championship, Patterson Cup, BB of Partners Championship, and many more).
Courses on the 2008 schedule include: Rolling Green CC, Aronimink GC,  Bent Creek CC, French Creek GC, Stonewall, Glenmaura, Radnor Valley and many other top notch Private Facilities.

Also you may be eligible to play on the 5 Ponds Team in the G.A.P. inter club team matches. Matches will be held: Sunday April 13th, April 27th, May 4th

  • April 20th (Sunday) – BB of Partners (Gross & Net) Opening Day
  • May 10th (Saturday) – Individual Handicap (80% Hcp) Qualifier for Club Championship
  • May 18th (Sunday) – Individual Handicap (80% Hcp) Qualifier for President’s Cup
  • May 25th (Sunday) – BB of Partners (Gross/Net) Qualifier for BB of Part. Championship
  • June 15th (Sunday) – Individual Handicap/U.S.Open Event
  • June 29th (Sunday) – Handicap Event (80% Hcp)
  • July 12th (Saturday) – 2-Man Scramble (Gross & Net)
  • July 20th (Sunday) – Individual Flag Tourney (Gross & Net)
  • August 3rd  (Sunday) – 2-Man Stableford (80% Hcp)
  • August 17th (Sunday) – Individual Handicap/PGA Event
  • September 6th (Saturday) – Individual Handicap (80% Hcp)
  • October 5th (Sunday) – Closing Day Scramble/Awards Banquet to Follow Event

5PGA Membership -  Sign-up in the Golf Shop

  • $100.00 Registration Fee (Annual)
  • Fee Includes GHIN Handicap (Normally $30.00 per season)
  • Fee Includes Awards Banquet after Closing Day Event (Sunday 10-7)

Individual Event Sign-up

  • $60.00 / Event Includes Green fees, Cart fees, and prizes)
  • Prizes will be in the form of gift certificates in the golf shop.  Trophies and names on the wall plaques for the three Championships (Club Champion, President’s Cup champion, and Better Ball of Partners Champions).
  • Sign-up as a group or individually
  • Call the Golf Shop for your tee time. A block of tee times will be available from 10:00-11:00 reserved for 5PGA members. You must call by 7:00 Thursday evening for the weekends event or you may get “Shut out” of the tournament. (That is when the block of tee times will open back up to the general public.

  • Qualifier Saturday - May 10th (Low 16 Players)
  • 1st Match Deadline June 8rd     
  • 2nd Match Deadline June 22nd
  • 3rd Match Deadline July 6th
  • 36 Hole Championship Sunday-July 20th

President’s Cup (80% Handicap) Match Play Event

  • Qualifier Sunday – May 18th (Low 32 Players)
  • 1st Match Deadline June 8th
  • 2nd Match Deadline June 22nd
  • 3rd Match Deadline July 6th
  • 4th Match Deadline July 20th
  • 18 Hole Championship- Saturday August 2nd

Better Ball of Partners Championship (Net-Match Play Event)

  • Qualifier Sunday – May 25th (Low 8 teams)
  • 1st Match Deadline June 22nd
  • 2nd Match Deadline July 13th
  • 18 Hole Championship – Sunday July 27th
